No, you don¡¯t need to be a customer to purchase a Gift Certificate online. Once the purchase is completed, your customer profile will be created for you.
Is there a vast selection of Gift Certificates?
There are ¡°Occasions¡¯ setup and each occasion has multiple Gift Certificates. Choose from numerous Gift Certificates. You can set the amount of the Gift Certificate you would like to purchase or you can select the services you would like to give as a gift and the Gift Certificate amount will be calculated for you to match those selected services.
How do I give the Gift Certificate to a person it is purchased for?
There are two options to choose from. The first one is to send an email with a printable Gift Certificate directly to the person who is receiving a gift. Once they get the email, they will print the Gift Certificate and it is ready for use immediately. The other option is for the email to be sent to your email address. You can then print the Gift Certificate and give it to a person who is receiving a gift.
What types of credit cards can I use to purchase Gift Certificate?
MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a service?
Unfortunately a credit card is required to make a Gift Certificate purchase. We are not able to process any transactions without a credit card.
Is it safe to fill in my credit card number? How secure is the website?
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server.
How do I know that my Gift Certificate purchase is completed?
A receipt for your online Gift Certificate purchase is sent to your email account.

How does BoomTime get paid for gift certificates I sell from my website?
At the end of each month Book4Time calculates the total dollar amount of Instant Gift Certificates sold on your website. We take the total dollar amount sold and calculate our commission, which will never be more than 5% and bill our commission to a credit card we have on file for you.
